These terms and conditions apply when you book cleaning services with Ortus Cleans. By requesting a quote or booking a clean with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
Quotes and bookings
Quotes are provided based on the information you give us about the property and the service required. The final price may be confirmed or adjusted once we have full details of the job. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date and time with you.
Access to the property
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. If we are unable to gain access, we may need to rearrange the visit.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or rearrange a booking, please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer and find you an alternative time where possible.
Our service
We aim to carry out every clean to a high standard. If you are not satisfied with any part of the work, please let us know as soon as possible so we can put it right.
Liability
We take reasonable care when working in your property. If you believe something has been damaged during a visit, please contact us promptly so we can look into it.
